The original Lutheran bible of Hrastovac, that the family Fehir brought in 1969 to Weiskirchen, where it is kept in the archives of the Lutheran Church.

The Hrastovac Bible, now in Weiskirchen, Hesse, was donated back in 1929 to newly erected Hrastovac church by the Croatia Lutheran community in Sisak, Croatia. Photo curtesy of Anna Bialleck.

In Weiskirchen's cemetery chapel the fallen sons and fathers of the town of WWII are honoured with their photos. Most of those honoured there were born and raised in and around Hrastovac, Slavonia. Standing in front of the memorial are Rosina Schmidt, Hermann Jaeger, the town's mayor, and Anna Bialleck. Photo RTS archives, 2009
